Tenant-reported kitchen leak was affecting the unit below. We removed the affected tub, opened the wall to address moisture damage previously concealed, and installed a new tub with reconnected plumbing and waterproofed finish.
Opened the bathroom ceiling to investigate a suspected leak. Discovered exposed live electrical wiring in the cavity and safely secured the connections before completing the plumbing diagnostic, the kind of cross-trade attention property managers want.
