Replaced a failed terracotta sewer line beneath the home with new PVC, installed proper drainage venting, and corrected trap configurations across the crawl-space scope. The original system had failed catastrophically, flooding a 900 sq ft crawl space, so the work was effectively a new below-grade drainage system, mobilized in winter conditions.
Installed a new PVC sewer line, drain stack, and full drainage venting beneath the home, replacing the deteriorated terracotta system. New trap configurations were set across the crawl-space scope, and the system was pressure-tested before close-out.
